On the occasion of McGruff the Crime Dog’s 30th anniversary, the National Crime Prevention Council is offering a calendar for kids that focuses on the role of technology in our children’s lives. This project is being funded by the Wireless Foundation which is committed to advancing safe communication technology. The calendar also features safety tips that are helpful in keeping your children safe when using the internet and other electronic devices. The Suffolk County Police Department, as a member of the National Crime Prevention Council organization, is pleased to mail you a free copy of the calendar.
